The Better My Business Administrative Plan is a premium, comprehensive support suite designed to streamline operations and enhance professional scaling. Your enrollment includes:
Ten (10) Hours of Virtual Assistant Support: Specialized for project management, data visualization, virtual receptionist duties, and campaign email management.
Managed Customer Support: We act as your primary point of contact, handling inquiries to reduce the burden of calls and texts. This includes sharing general information, processing basic operational requests, and scheduling appointments.
Creative Services: Planning, creating, and distributing professional digital flyers.
24/7 AI Support Agent: A dedicated automated agent to assist with customer retention and immediate inquiries.
Investment: $349.00 USD per month.
Enrollment: Mandatory enrollment in Auto-Debit is required to initiate and maintain services.
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued every 30 days.
Late Policy: Failure to settle payments within 14 days of the due date will result in the immediate forfeiture of remaining monthly services.
Rate Adjustment: Standard support is included; however, Better Your Business LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on extraordinary operational volume or specialized needs.
All task requests must be submitted through your personalized Client Command Center at: (yourfirstname.betteryourbusiness.us).
Request Processing: Tasks are processed in the order received, according to the priority level selected by the client.
Live Tracking: Your portal is updated weekly, providing full transparency into VA hour balances, AI chatbot metrics, and billing history.
Better Your Business LLC maintains a strict "Zero-Disclosure" policy to protect our professional ecosystem and your data.
Mutual Non-Disclosure: All information shared is strictly for the benefit of your business. No team member or outsourced personnel will access your confidential information without direct necessity.
Proprietary Business Dealings: The Client agrees that the specific terms, custom workflows, and business dealings of Better Your Business LLC are proprietary. Disclosure of these dealings to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Internal Security: We utilize a monitored system to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
To provide exceptional service, the following infrastructure must be maintained:
Support Ecosystem: The client must maintain an active website, a dedicated support email, and an updated booking calendar link.
CRM Access: We will integrate your support email into our CRM system. The client must share login details for this account and ensure it remains active for communication and file management.
We prioritize account security by never requesting your personal login credentials.
Administrative Authorization: Clients shall authorize our designated corporate alias, “Anew Clark,” as a Page Administrator. This account is strictly monitored by our Project Manager and media team.
Content Standards: All content posted will be professional and brand-aligned. We do not create or share content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence.
Monitoring & Revocation: We recommend clients regularly review account activity to monitor our services. Either party (Better Your Business LLC or the Client) may revoke administrative authorization at any time. While notice is preferred, this ensures both parties maintain full control over their digital security.
Sub-Users: You may share your VA hours and flyer services with one (1) designated associate. The associate must complete a professional consultation and pay the onboarding fee to join the account.
Business Directory: Active enrollment includes a membership in our Business Directory. We reserve the right to remove any member for a breach of professional conduct or confidentiality.
No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. Better Your Business LLC does not offer refunds; however, service credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the owner.
Service Add-ons: Virtual Assistant hours are not available as a standalone service and are only accessible through an active service plan.
Termination: While there is no long-term contract, service is contingent upon active auto-debit status.
